Memorial weekend.

Our weekend away was really great and it was awesome to see our Texas family and to meet Jubilee.
She is so cute and beautiful, I almost kept her. LOL!!

We spent some time with Roelof and Stephanie on the Sunday and went to lunch with some of Stephanie's family, we went to the hotel and all of us went for a swim and hung out for the rest of the night.

Monday morning we went for Starbucks and then Stephanie took me through Wal-Mart to show me the do's and do not's. It was very educational and helpful. Then we had lunch in this diner type place where the burgers tasted like dirt and the chicken strips were great. At least I got some if the diner experience I was looking for. And then after lunch we all hit the road back home.

I had so much fun and really miss the other Texas Beetge's a lot, we will have to make a plan to see each other more often, especially Jubilee. I love that little girl.

We saw a lot of great stuff along the road but most of the time too late to take a picture but we definitely want to go back and do more sight seeing.

When we were in Dallas / Fort Worth we saw a lot of the Grapevine Police cruisers, I tried to take a picture but was never quick enough but here is their Facebook link:
